Terms and Conditions of Entry

Votwo Events  in these terms and conditions are called the “Event Organizers”
These terms and conditions apply to all participants who register to take part in an event organized by Votwo Events. In these terms and conditions participants will also be referred to as “you”

1 By registering in the event you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions

2 All participants must be above 6 years of age by the 1st day of the event. All 16 and under year olds must be accompanied by an adult at all times responsible for them. EXCLUDING BATH & WEST: Bath & West event is suitable for anyone 18 and over. Children will not be admitted.

3 Please note that the UV paint we use in the paint zone advises that children under the age of 7 do not touch the paint. If your child is under the age of 7 they must use the route around this zone. If you and your child decide to go through this zone it is at your own risk 

4 You are responsible for reading the details and description regarding the event contained on the website www.glowinthepark.co.uk and any other information that may be sent to you by the Event Organizer and agree that you clearly understand what ability is required and what is entailed in participating in the event

5 The registration fee must be paid in full at the time of registration. No refunds will be made or offered

6 Entries can be transferred to another participant. Please make sure that the online form is filled out for the new participant. You do not need to email us about this

7 The Event Organizers reserve the right to cancel your participation in the event if any information provided by you is found to be inaccurate in any way. In this case, you will be refunded your entry fee minus 20% administration costs

8 Please note that all arrangements for the event, including the venue, date, and program may be subject to change

9 You are responsible for ensuring that you have taken your own medical advice and that you are medically fit and healthy and have undertaken appropriate training and preparation to participate in the event

10 You are responsible for taking out suitable personal insurance cover for your participation in the event, and you must provide a copy of your insurance certificate to the Event Organizers if requested

11 You agree that you participate in the event at your own risk, and accept that the Event Organizers cannot be liable to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any personal injury sustained by you in any way or loss or damage to any personal property as a result of your participation in the event

12 You must abide by any rules or regulations of the Event that may be notified to you by the Event Organizers or the venue owners at any point leading up to or at the event

13 You must show respect and courtesy towards other participants and spectators. If you behave in any manner which is, in the Event Organizers opinion, poor sportsmanship or a risk to the safety of any other participant, spectators or anyone else in attendance at the event this may result in you being disqualified from the event and removed from the venue

14 You are responsible for the safe keeping of your own personal possessions and those of any spectators you may bring to the event. Personal possessions left unattended at the venue in any facilities provided or otherwise are left entirely at your own risk

15 The Event Organizers are not responsible for any third party organisations that may be providing other services at the event. You use any such services at your own risk

16 If access to published course is restricted for any reason an alternative route will be used

17 If the event has to be postponed or canceled for any reason, the Event Organizers will endeavor to arrange an alternative event, and you will be notified of the new date and venue of the rearranged event. These terms and conditions will continue to apply to the rearranged event. No refund will be given if you do not wish to participate in the rearranged event. Travel fees will not be refunded if the event is re-scheduled. If the event is canceled the Event Organizers shall not be liable for any costs, losses or damages incurred by you. There is no refund of entry fees

18 You agree to photographs and video being taken at the event and that any images of you may be used by the Event Organizers in any media regarding the event and to market and advertise the event or any other similar events

19 By Registering you are agreeing to any data provided being used by the event organisers Votwo, Glow in the Park and their partners (See bellow for a full list of partners) to process your participation in the event and send you details only regarding the glow in the park event. We and our partners would like to keep you up to date on news and offers, to receive this information you must tick the opt-in button on the purchase page. We will all abide by the Data Protection Act

20 This event is not suitable for epileptic suffers
